Every coat, hat, and scarf is sculpted with real texture, painted by hand, and finished with a glitter overlay that sparkles against snow or porch lights. The lantern doubles as a candle holder for a tealight, so the scene can glow at dusk. Standing about 27 inches tall, they are sized to greet guests on a step, beside the door, or by the hearth.
